JumpStart Kindergarten Available For All Incoming Students

Let’s Get Ready for Kindergarten!

Each year, the district’s youngest learners have a special chance to get a “jump start” to their educational journeys!

During a summer program, called JumpStart Kindergarten, incoming kindergarten students meet their teachers, meet other students, get a feeling for attending class and learn routines before older students return to school.

JumpStart Kindergarten is from August 11 to 15, 2025, at each of our elementary schools.

Register for JumpStart Kindergarten!

To sign up, complete kindergarten registration and select "yes" to participate in JumpStart Kindergarten when prompted during the registration process.

Registration for kindergarten can be done online for all students who will be 5 years of age or older by Sept. 10, 2025.

Details for daily class start and stop times at each school will be shared in the coming months. 

School Meals, Classroom Supplies and Bus Transportation

During JumpStart Kindergarten, breakfasts and lunches are provided by schools, and supplies are also provided. Students will be able to keep their school supplies at the finish of JumpStart.
