Dear Rascal Families,
It is time, once again, for our Fall Conferences. Like in years past, you will have the opportunity to sign-up online. This allows you the most freedom to choose a day and time that works best for you. Below are the instructions for how to sign-up. The link can be accessed via the QR Code below, the school website, PTC Facebook page, the email we are sending out tonight, or by typing in the following web address:
Once you access the link, you should see this:
For the majority of students, you will click on Standard Conference. If your student is in the Talented and Gifted program, you would click on the TAG program Conference option.
Once you click on your conference option, you will have the ability to choose a day (either November 25 or November 26) and your child’s teacher.
Once you select the date and your child’s teacher, you will see the time option available. Choose the time that best fits your schedule. You will then be prompted to answer a few, quick questions.
Your last step is to click “Book”. You will receive an email confirmation with your information on it.
